1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tubbu platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Service is operated by PT Tubbu Wellness Indonesia, domiciled in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Service independently. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. This requirement is in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).

3. Our Services

Tubbu provides the following wellness services:

• Group and private yoga & pilates class bookings
• Recovery sessions, including sauna and cold plunge
• Membership plans and credit packages

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

4. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at tubbudev@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Bookings & Cancellations

When you book a class or recovery session, a reservation is created and the applicable credits are deducted from your account. Please review our cancellation policy at the time of booking, as it varies by session type. Tubbu reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions and will notify affected users accordingly.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Xendit, a licensed payment service provider in Indonesia. Prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Once a credit package or membership is purchased, it is non-refundable unless required by applicable Indonesian consumer protection law (UU No. 8 of 1999). In the event of a session cancellation by Tubbu, any used credits will be reinstated to your account.

7. Credits & Memberships

Credits are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Expired credits are forfeited and non-refundable. Memberships are valid for the period stated and do not automatically renew unless specified. Credits and memberships are non-transferable.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PT Tubbu Wellness Indonesia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Participation in physical activities carries inherent risk; you acknowledge and accept these risks when booking any session.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
